Refund and Returns Policy

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase from Happy Sing Lady. However if you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it for a refund within 28 days. Please return your goods in their original packaging with all the relevant instructions.
Should you wish to return something outside the 28 day period we are usually prepared to be flexible, under these circumstances please email us to check that it will be possible for us to accept your return.

When returning an item for exchange or refund we strongly recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Postage from your Post Office. If you have proof of postage you will be able to claim some compensation from Royal Mail in the unlikely event of your return going astray. Please ask in your Post Office for more information.

Damaged or faulty items

If you receive an item which is damaged we will replace it; or refund you the full cost including UK First Class Postage if you prefer. We will also refund you the postage cost for returning the damaged item. Please contact us with details of the problem and return the damaged item within 14 days of receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Preloved Items

All preloved items purchased are non-returnable unless there is a genuine fault beyond any aesthetic issues made clear in the listings or discussed prior to sale. All slings and carriers are thoroughly checked before listing for sale and any minor issues (such as signs of wear, fading, slight marks, creasing, pulled threads etc) will be fully disclosed in the listing – please feel free to request specific pictures prior to agreeing the sale. All items are sold as seen, without any warranty or guarantee and we cannot take responsibility for any issues that may arise due to correct or incorrect use of the item.

Other Returns

In the case of items being returned for a reason other than being damaged/faulty we are unable to refund postage costs and a small 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. We will inspect the returned item(s) carefully. If they are not in a reasonable condition we reserve the right to deduct any cost we incur from your refunded amount.

Once your return has been processed you will receive an email to the address you gave at the time of ordering, notifiying you that you have been refunded. For ease of admin we process returns in batches, usually once a week but in busy periods it can take longer. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.
