If you have purchased a consultation package, you will receive an email confirmation and a follow up email to arrange a date and time. If you purchased as a gift, you will receive an email confirmation and a follow up email containing a gift voucher. #
You can arrange to pick up your purchases at a sling meet, workshop or consultation. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm before placing an order. In these instances you are able to pay cash on collection of your items.
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £5.50 per order.
We hope that you will love your purchase from Happy Sling Lady, but we understand that you may wish to return your item(s).
If you wish to return/exchange an item that you have purchased online, please inform us via email at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We must then receive the item(s) within the next 14 days, please do not return any items via post without emailing to inform us first.
We can only accept returned items that are unused and in their original as new condition. Items must be in their original intact packaging, with all tags, labels and instruction manuals undamaged. We cannot refund items that have been worn or washed. Returned items must be in fully re-saleable condition.
We do not accept returns for item purchases when you have already seen the item in person, for example at a sling meet.
Once we have received the returned item, we will send you a full refund for the purchase price of the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the item(s) back. We will refund to the credit/debit card or PayPal account that you used for the original purchase.
